Does this indicate breeding?

hello all

i've seen crab plovers juveniles in khor albaidha and Rifaa shor line.
all were present with adults. feeding together. not each other

yesterday i was with my friend Omar in RAK and i found these photos in his archive.

i've never seen an adult feeding it's chicks...

Does this indicate breeding in RAK ??
the exact location is the mangrove in Khor Khware area..

and i've been told also about a nesting Osprey as well
has there been any record of osprey breeding on the northern emirates ?
