New dubai-fujairah road

Dubai to Fujairah in 30 minutes, it claims. This sounds like a challenge to all the boy racers - and great news for the next rare gull at FPB!

You couldn't fly there that quickly!
Anyhow sounds promising, but where is the bloody thing?

But of course you can :-)
I use about 11 minutes from Dubai airport to Fujairah Port Beach, including the turn overhead the Pivots to point my nose in the right direction.
I also need the UAE speed restrictions of max 250 kts to be lifted below 8,000'

They havent really signposted the routes, I missed the actual turn a few days back going to Fujairah.

Only found the route on the way back from Fujairah.

For anyone interested, You should take the Kalba /Siyouh exit no 116 if im not mistaken from the Bypass road, which takes you onto the maliha road.

Then you need to drive on for about 20-30km or so i guess, till you find exit no 84.

Once you take this exit its a nice drive through the mountains, till you reach Fujairah,

You will first come across a mall under development,
If you take the right turn, this road takes you all the way to the FPB.
If you take left you go to Masafi.

It was about 35-40 mins from the Fujairah Motel/Port Beach till the Dubai Bypass Rd,

It still takes about 30 mins frm Bypass to Dubai.
