Hopefully Drew can clarify, but it looks like an Afro-Asian Sand Snake (Psammophis schokari schokari) to me.

Now, if you look you'll see a green pushpin named "Highland Access". Mushrif has got a lot of barrier fences - there is an opening in the fenceline at the pushpin which gets you into what I call the highlands. Lots of good territory to walk in there . . . .
