hmmm -- something going on with the fence -- a few days ago the fence was almost to the high viewing area -- but in the last few days most of the fence posts have been removed - all that is left now is the fence near the truck stand -- who knows why - just have to wait and see -- maybe it is to prevent actions show in the photo - other photo is of the masked wagtail that has been hanging around on the high view area for a few weeks.

Well more news on the fence - today the fence is 100 percent removed - all the concrete fence posts have been hauled away - no evidence a fence was ever there - AND -- it looks like they are now making a beach on the north side of the lake near the truck stand -- who knows whats next?

If a beach is coming to that area, forget about birding the site

I wouldn't worry, Mohamed. At the rate the lake is rising the beach will soon be underwater. Even if it isn't, there won't be any access to the waters edge as it will soon be blocked by half-submerged 4x4s........
