13897 and 13900 is given in Arthropods of the UAE (Vol. 3) as Euparatettix histricus. Was Euparatettix ocellatus in Walker & Pittaway, and probably the name you give it before that.
Re the backswimmer, I don't think Notonecta glauca occurs anywhere near here. 13901 may be Enithares lineatipes.
13903 is Orthetrum chrysostigma (in Libellulidae).
