This little chap was scurrying around the sand/gravel whilst I was out walking the dog on my regular scrub patch in N.A.S. 2. yesterday morning(19.04.2019).
As far as I can make out it is a White-spotted Fringe-toed Lizard but I'm sure one of our Herping specialists might be able to confirm or otherwise correct for me.
I tried to get more in focus but it just didn't cooperate.
Lizard sp. NAS 2 19.04.2019
Looks like Acanthodactylus schmidti but I might be wrong. Stunning shot!
