I think this is probably Pied. If Shareez had only posted the shaded, front-facing image, I would have said Pied, no problem, but the lighting on the other two images gives a slight warmth, not only to the mantle, but to the forehead & ear coverts too. Any pale fringes on a Pied's mantle will have abraded by now, so unfortunately we can't rely on the plainness here.
However, the duskiness of the throat and lack of any obvious orange breast band makes me favour Pied.
Thanks a ton for your expert feedbacks. Got few more images of the lady bird which I had heavily cropped and the front end is visible. Hope this will help to solve the confusion.
The female bird is interesting. It's certainly either Pied or Black-eared, but it looks too golden-brown on the mantle for most female Pieds, though this may be due to the very low angle of the sun. If the throat was whiter, I'd say Black-eared. Unfortunately the image size isn't large enough to determine if there are any marks on the mantle.

Hi Mark & Tommy,

Mantle-marks; nice one Mark. One limitation (of many) of this Forum is that if you click on an image, it does not enlarge.
BUT I have found if you download it to your computer, the full version appears. See below for a cropped version
