I connected with a couple of Whinchats this evening at the Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club (thanks to Oscar). This is the first time I've seen them in the UAE, absolutely beautiful birds. Unfortunately I couldn't get a better photo since they were a bit skittish and in any case the light was falling.
Other birds of note: Tree Pipits, Red-Throated Pipits and Yellow Wagtails.
