In Spiders and scorpions
A species of huntsman spider indigenous to the sand dunes. Cebrennus cf. castaneitarsis. A sand doweling spider , a large sparassid with an eye pattern consistent with Cebrennus found during y'stay night trail. This is thought to be the spider responsible for most of the sand-doweling burrows observed in desert areas. Very difficult to ID them but expert opinion are more than welcome.

I've photographed Pharaoh eagle-owl in UAE but have noticed the morph changes as per the habitat that they live. Here are some images , taken over a period of 10-yrs; would love to have feedback from experts.

I know ID is a big problem with pipits. I guess this one is Long-billed Pipit but I'm also inclined towards Tawny Pipit as well. Appreciate help please. These images are of same bird. Two of them were present at Al Qudra near the lake after Bab Al Shams resort.
