Hi Guys
Im Nimeesh, 28 y.o, been living here in Dubai all my life (about 25 yrs). Always been a keen photographer and love to travel as well.

Pretty much a newbie birder, and didnt really think there were birds in other parts of the UAE as well apart from Ras al khor. A shame considering the time ive spent in this place.

Would really love to join any of you guys early weekend mornings to any birding sites and learn from all of u.

Hi Nimeesh -- welcome to the world of birding in the UAE -- you are lucky because there are quite a few sites in Dubai that are easy to get to and can have lots of birds -- I would guess if you go to the pivot fields almost any weekend morning you will find one of the birders there. I live in Al Ain-- if you ever come over this way let me know and I can show you the places around here -- dave clark

I usually drop by Pivots 2-4 times a week , usually during the week, tend to venture bit further afield at the weekends. Hope to see you around.
