Need help with this one.
I got another chance at the same Dragonfly this morning and yes, it is small so I’m going with Black Pennant after doing some more digging. Thanks Mark.

I think this is a Black Pennant, Selysiothemis nigra. Was it a small dragonfly, H?
Hi Bob, as I was actually carrying my birding rig this image is taken with Fuji X-H1 and Fuji XF100-400@400mm. That’s 600mm Full Frame equivalent.
