    Eagles and Green Water

    in UAE bird sightings

    These eagles were having fun at the side of very green water. It was not just a sheen on the surface of the water it had real depth. The picture of the Tern/Gull (please help with identity) taken the following day shows a distinct green stain on its belly, probably as a result of the water the day before. Did anybody els see it?

    Hi Mark. Thank you for the comment and ident. The green stain on the gull's belly is probably due to whatever turned the water green. Below is the image of the eagles that took 3 attempts to load.
