Had to go for CoViID testing in Musaffah this morning and took a quick run out to my new favorite beach. The first bird on the beach was a Crab Plover- a great way to start the day.... about two-thirds of the way down the beach I came across this oily looking duck.... and there's no ducks on record at the site on e-bird... Can anyone give me a hand?

Greetings again. Still working on the terns of the UAE... Just want to check and see if this is a whiskered tern? Also, can anyone recommend a guide or resource for figuring terns out? Many thanks!
